These 3 boards are my current go to quiver. 5'4 x 18" x 2 1/8" Tri fin 'Nano'MPH. 5'3 x 17 3/4" x 2 1/8" Quad fin 'Vector' MPH. 5'7 x 18" x 2 1/8" Raptor Subsonic Dual fin. Im really stoked on the level of refinement i have acheived on these boards. 3 styles of performance, equally radical and all posses that magic something. I

Hey Tomo, what conditions are best for each of these boards?
The Nano is the all rounder.
The vector is groveler
and the Raptor is the power performer.
all bases covered/
I've got the Vector and the Raptor. I'm 215 lbs and the Vector is 5'11", 2 5/8, 19 7/8. It plains extremely well and turns extremely well.
My Raptor is 6'2", same thickness and same width. It'll also "grovel" well but the added foam makes it better for bigger waves. Be sure to ride it plenty before you paddle out into anything too far overhead! The boards have a different feel, esp. on take off.
I don't think I can return to a conventional thruster after riding these boards. I really think these boards are a big step up from where we were before. Other shapers have seen me on the beach, asked to look at my boards, and then handed them back to me disinterested, indicating they really don't have any clue what Tomo is doing.
I've had mine for almost a week now and I can say I am pretty stoked on it. V1 afterburner 5'10 x 18 3/4" x 2 1/4"
I can understand other shapers not understanding what they are looking at, the boards seem to break quite a few conventions and that's probably hard for them to digest.
I certainly agree the board feels like a large step forward in performance and there is also a learning curve to be ridden (and enjoyed). I'm all in on this machine and look forward to seeing where it takes me! Thanks Tomo.
Luke
